We need someone who’s seen how great companies operate. VC, MBA, corporate development, or venture building background. Someone who knows the difference between startups that scale and startups that stall. Someone who thrives in the chaos between idea and execution.

The Role

Own the operating machinery that turns strategy into execution:

• Legal and compliance: Contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, IP protection, regulatory compliance
• Corporate operations: Lease agreements, vendor relationships, insurance, corporate governance
• Financial operations: P&L, budgets, runway planning, accounting, invoicing
• Systems and tools: CRM, project management, collaboration tools, process automation
• People operations: Hiring workflows, onboarding, benefits, team efficiency
• Partnerships and business development: Deal flow, LOIs, commercial agreements
• Strategic planning: OKRs, roadmaps, quarterly planning, milestone tracking

You ensure the company operates efficiently so we can execute on the mission: bringing Personal Intelligence™ to millions. You work directly with the CEO and CTO. You’re in every important conversation. You see around corners.

What We’re Looking For

• Operator mindset: You’ve built or scaled ventures, stewarded portfolios, or run corporate development
• Financial fluency: P&L management, financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising ops are second nature
• Strategic thinker: You connect dots between product, market, and capital
• Execution focused: You turn ambiguity into milestones and milestones into shipped results
• Background: VC, venture building, corporate finance, MBA, startup operations, or similar
