Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a designer who specializes in simplicity and humanity. Someone who’s shipped world-class mobile and web products at scale. Someone who believes brave design, thoughtfully crafted, is what makes users fall in love with a product.

The Role

Own every touchpoint where users encounter Onix. You’ll shape:

• Product experience: Create UI/UX that makes privacy feel powerful, not paranoid
• Design systems: Own cross-platform primitives (mobile & web), micro-interactions, typographic systems and everything in between.
• Brand identity: The visual language of data sovereignty

Our work is fast paced and highly collaborative. You report directly to leadership. You work daily with the tech team. You set the standard for how Personal Intelligence looks and feels.

• Ships at scale: World-class mobile (React Native) and web (React) products in production
• Thinks in systems: Figma is your workshop. Components, tokens, and documentation are second nature
• Moves fast: High velocity without sacrificing craft
• Cares deeply: Simplicity and humanity over decoration. Brave design, thoughtfully crafted

• Every designer who joins after you has clear patterns to follow
• Users describe the product as trustworthy and beautifully crafted

This role reports directly to the CTO and defines how millions experience Personal Intelligence.
