Member of Technical Staff, Platform

We need someone to build the infrastructure and tooling that enables our AI-first company to move fast and scale efficiently. The ideal candidate combines deep DevOps expertise with MLOps experience, understands the unique challenges of AI product development, and thrives on eliminating friction that slows down engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines optimized for AI model deployment and application releases
• Design infrastructure that scales AI workloads efficiently while controlling costs
• Create developer experience tools that accelerate build times and deployment velocity
• Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring for AI systems and applications
• Build MLOps pipelines for model versioning, A/B testing, and performance monitoring
• Optimize infrastructure costs and performance across development and production environments

What We’re Looking For

• Background in platform development at high-growth AI or ML companies
• Deep experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience with edge computing platforms, TypeScript/Node.js environments, and PostgreSQL optimization
• MLOps expertise including model deployment pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Strong skills with React Native deployment pipelines, mobile CI/CD, and cross-platform development workflows
• Track record of improving developer velocity and reducing deployment friction in monorepo environments

• AI model deployment and rollback processes become seamless and reliable
• Infrastructure costs scale efficiently with product usage and team growth
• System observability enables proactive issue identification and resolution

This role reports to the CTO and will have significant impact on how our entire engineering team operates.
