Member of Technical Staff, Frontend UI/UX

We need someone to own the entire frontend stack across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has shipped both React web apps and React Native mobile apps at scale, with a strong eye for UI/UX and the technical skills to implement pixel-perfect, high-performance interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain React web applications with exceptional performance and polish
• Develop React Native mobile apps that feel native on both iOS and Android
• Create reusable component libraries that work seamlessly across web and mobile
• Implement complex UI patterns including real-time chat, infinite feeds, and data visualizations
• Optimize frontend performance for instant load times and smooth animations
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Expert-level React and React Native skills with TypeScript
• Experience shipping production web and mobile apps used by thousands+ of users
• Strong UI/UX sensibilities and attention to visual detail
• Proficiency with modern frontend tooling (Next.js, Vite, Expo, etc.)
• Understanding of mobile-specific challenges (performance, offline support, platform differences)
• Track record of building fast, responsive interfaces that users love

• Consistent UI/UX quality across all platforms

This role reports to the CTO and will own the entire frontend architecture across platforms.
